Shipping & Returns Policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of confirmation of payment (Mon-Fri AEST). Please note that these times may change during public holidays or holidays periods (such as Christmas)
Australia Wide Shipping
We use Australia Post for all domestic deliveries. Once shipped orders will arrive within 2-5 days for metropolitan locations or 2-7 days for regional. Upon despatch, you will be emailed a reference number which may be used on the Australia Post website to track order progress and ETA.
Sorry but we no longer offer free shipping. We lowered our prices across the board instead :)
If you wish to pick up your order in person you may do so from our Lyndhurst office. Due to events and deliveries this location is not always manned - so a pickup time will be arranged once your order is placed. We are very flexible with times and can even arrange pick-up outside office hours or at events we attend if you wish.
We do not deliver to locations outside Australia. However, if you wish to organise your own courier to pick up and deliver your order, you may do so. Just select “local pick-up” at checkout and email us the details of the courier who will be used. We’re more than happy to print consignment labels and attach them to boxes for you.
Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as we have stock.
Orders containing both pre-order and in stock items will not be shipped until the order is complete. Part shipping can be arranged on request however it may incur an additional charge.
Sometimes we do not have stock in store and must order more from our suppliers. These products may be back ordered by customers and are usually back in stock within 5-10 business days. This time varies between suppliers however we will inform all customers of an ETA once it is ascertained.
Orders containing both backorder and in stock items will not be shipped until the order is complete. Part shipping can be arranged on request however it may incur an additional charge.
If you find a problem with your order please contact us immediately so we can resolve your issue. Provision of your order number or receipt and any pertinent information (photographs, email correspondence, etc.) is also appreciated and will help facilitate a speedy resolution.
We can offer returns for customers who have changed their minds however this is determined on a case by case basis and is at the discretion of Here Be Games staff. If a change of mind return is accepted the customer must return the product (at their own expense) and will not be refunded the initial shipping fee.
Here Be Games reserves the right to refuse any request for return however we will always work with you to try and reach a conclusion that is beneficial to all concerned.
